NAFA

Ytd was my nafa overall i think i deprove alot SIAAAAA. starting we do sit up i do 49 skill improve by 5 bah. then after that we do pull up i only manage to do 2 only that time i do 3 haizz then suttle run i run 10.5 so slow sia sec4 i run 10sec .... then after that sir n reach also deprove last time 40++ nw guess wat 37 only.... after that standing board jump i dun dare jump sia cuz of that time the iccident haha but i jump 218 skill. then we run our 2.4km i run 4th place debra run 3rd sia haha nvm mr tan training going to win her bck.

Today our class gt 1 girl cfm kana H1n1 but dunno why cannot stay at home still nid come bck to sch =.= that all go slp liao haha
